The information below supersedes instructions originally sent as an email to all existing UNCA Members on September 5th, 2007.  If you got that email, but are still having trouble signing into your account, please read on...

Having Problems Getting your Password Sent to you?

In order to retrieve your password, you must have the following two things at hand:

• Your Username - For about 90% of UNCA members, your Username is simply the lower case version of your first name. Try that first and if it does not work, add the first letter of your last name to the end of your first name and try that. (also lower case and no spaces between) That should cover everyone but please... if you are still having problems please contact the UNCA office and we help you get started. Thanks!

• Your Primary Email Address - As it is posted under your listing in the 2007 UNCA Directory booklet. (the first Email address listed for you.) If that email address is no longer valid, (or you did not have an email address at the time) please contact the UNCA office and we will help you get started. Thanks!

Once you have your username and email address handy from Step One, do the following:

• Click This Button which takes you to the LOST YOUR PASSWORD? page.

• fill in your Username and Email Address in the boxes provided, and then click the "Send Password" button.  The system will generate a new password and send it to the email address you typed in the box.  (If the username or email address are typed incorrectly, or you are not providing the email address or username as registered for your account, the operation will fail and you will see an error message.  In that case, please try the other options for your username and/or password (first and second steps above)  If you are still seeing the error page after trying all possible combinations, please contact the UNCA office and we will help you get started.
